Return & Exchange Window

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (order ID) is required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products (not caused during delivery)
  • Items without original packaging
  • Products purchased on clearance or special sale

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, contact our support team with:

  • Your Order ID
  • Reason for return
  • Product images (if damaged/defective)

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be approved
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval

Refund Method

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to original payment method
  • COD Orders: Refunded via bank transfer or store credit

Reverse Pickup

We offer reverse pickup service in most locations. If unavailable, you may be asked to ship the product to us.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • A small return handling fee may apply

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof. We will resolve it on priority.
